  • High School: All High School Athletes
  • Pre-High School: Athletes in 6th, 7th, and 8th grades
  • Youth: For athletes in 4th and 5th grades
  • College and Pro

*We recommend all athletes 6th grade and up schedule an individual session to go through and Movement Screen to identify any mobility and/or stability issues that are either limiting factors in performance, or potential for injury. We would assign a homework program for the individual athlete’s needs to help them clean up any areas of concern, reduce their chances of injury, and to increase the athlete’s ability to reach their potential.
