Classes are 75 min focusing speed and agility during the first half, finishing the 2nd half with strength and core. We pride ourselves on attention to detail both in teaching speed and agility form and techniques, as well as strength training mechanics.
Griffitts Sports Performance Vertical Jump Training utilizes Vertimax Training Platforms which are light load, high speed training tools to recruit fast twitch muscle fibers producing more power and increased vertical jump.
This is an advanced speed training class for any athlete ready for advanced speed drills and techniques. We will focus on details with video analysis and review. An athlete’s form and technique can make or break the ability to perform well.
